1. ISO quality certification.

2. Four-stage filtration system.
The filtration used in the DPF MASTER FLASH PROFESSIONAL PLUS in the range of 100-3 µm consists of 4 stages.
100 µm – reusable mechanical filter mesh,
20 µm – non-woven filter mat which is placed just below the mechanical filter mesh. Its purpose is to trap dirt that has passed through the mesh.
5 µm – this is a mechanical filter installed in front of the pump to protect it from the ingress of larger dirt that could damage it.
3 µm – five string filter cartridges placed in the cartridge.
When using a state-of-the-art filtration system, the efficiency of capturing solid particles of 5 µm or more is up to 100% and in the case of 3 µm it is 98%.
3. Particulate filter drying
Drying of the DPF is carried out in 4 stages.
Removal of excess water by compressed air.
Increasing the air flow by turbine to remove the remaining liquid particles.
By switching on the heater, the air is heated to 130°C, thus evaporating the remaining liquid deposited in the pores of the monolith.
By switching off the heater, the DPF is cooled by the cold air generated by the turbine.
Using a multi-stage process, 99% drying of the filter is ensured.
4. Measurement of filter contamination before and after regeneration.
DPF MASTER FLASH PROFESSIONAL PLUS has a measurement system similar to that used in automobiles. Before and after regeneration, the system measures the pressure difference before and after the DPF, which is expressed in mbar. The obtained parameters are printed in the form of a report from the thermal printer installed in the unit. Proper regeneration of the DPF should result in a high pressure difference. High values before cleaning and low values after cleaning will guarantee the recovery of filter throughput.
5. Optimum tank volume.
The fluid reservoir in the DPF Master Flash Professional PLUS holds 275 litres of water. This is a volume that is sufficient to regenerate even the largest DPFs. The low water requirement ensures low running costs without compromising efficiency.
6. Cleaning chamber size.
The DPF MASTER FLASH PROFESSIONAL PLUS chamber measuring 140 x 89 x 107 cm has been designed to allow the installation of any type of filter. The airtight door prevents dirt from escaping to the outside and the inspection windows in the door provide excellent visibility for process control.
7. Remote diagnostics and machine updates.
With the help of Ethernet connection and special communication module, we can easily perform firmware update or machine operation diagnostics, which greatly shortens the diagnosis of any fault and its repair through remote system.

10. DPF CLEANER EXTRA POWER.
Chemical agent for regeneration of particulate filters by hydrodynamic method.
It is effective – 50 ml of the cleaner is enough to regenerate one filter and 1 litre of DPF CLEANER is enough for up to 20 filters;
Direct application on the filter prevents wastage of the agent. You don’t have to worry about having to change the water in the reservoir when the filter is very dirty, and with it the chemical dissolved in it (as with competitors).
It only needs 38oC for full operation, which significantly minimises the electricity needed to heat the fluid.
